In an effort to support you better, a new eSupport system has been created to help address all questions that may arise when using Dictate. Your query will go to a support ‘pool’ where MacSpeech themselves may respond directly to your query. All support issues/queries are submitted in the form of a ‘trouble ticket’ to which you should receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Once an entry is in the ticket system, everyone at MacSpeech and MacSense has access to it, enabling us to resolve the issue(s) as quickly as possible.
