The TalkPro Headset System is an advanced version of VXI’s highly successful VXI Parrott 10-3. This is NOT a USB microphone, so it should be used with a USB Pod such as the VXi Parrott USB Adaptor or Andrea Electronics USB Pod. Since the TalkPro Xpress does not include the Parrott Translator™ (which solves problems associated with older sound cards), it is recommended for computers shipped later than year 2000. If you are going to use with a Powerbook without AC power, get the VXi TalkPro (has its own batteries) instead.
