MacSpeech has recently announced MacSpeech Dictate Medical, the latest addition in their Speech to text software. With MacSpeech Dictate Medical speech recognition for the Mac, you simply focus on what you have to say. MacSpeech Dictate Medical supports over 54 medical and dental disciplines and provides exceptional speech recognition accuracy. It works with the applications you already have, including MacPractice MD, DDS, and 20/20 apps; Apple apps like Mail, iChat, iPhoto; and more. MacSpeech Dictate Medical requires only minutes of training and is as intuitive to use as the Mac itself.
For customers who have registered MacSpeech Dictate v1.3 or earlier on or after 1st April 2009, you will have received an email notification from MacSpeech that you are entitled to a free upgrade to Version 1.5. Please note that these upgrades take time to process and as there are several hundreds of free upgrades we must ship out, please be advised that you may not receive your upgrade immediately.
Additionally, as some customers did not complete the registration section for MacSpeech Dictate v1.3 correctly, we may not have Delivery details ie full addresses. These customers will receive an email requiring confirmation of delivery details at some point in time. If you have been advised that you are entitled to a free upgrade and have not received your upgrade, then you may fall into this category of customers. Please contact sales@macsense.com.au with the email from MacSpeech advising entitlement and your full address. This will hasten the delivery of your free upgrade.

A small number of customers who are experiencing difficulty creating user profiles in MacSpeech Dictate, may have received a faulty data disc.
